I am a Civil/Environmental Engineer who have navigated the U.S. federal government for over 25 years designing management and organizational solutions. I have strong passion in promoting leadership, collaboration, systems management, and organizational change for success. As a program executive advisor, consultant, and leadership advocate I served the US Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Defense, and community groups.
I am passionately committed to facilitating individual, community and organizational growth through transformation. My program experience includes the following areas: - Energy/Environmental Sustainability Management Systems design focused on community engagement, environmental management, and economic development. - Program, Project, and Proposal (P3) Management for governments in all industry sectors such as Environmental, Energy, IT and Cyber. - Small Business Growth & Operation Strategies for construction, facility, property acquisition, and telecommunications management.
I have a Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental Management from Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Hofstra University.
I am currently an Engineering Consultant with Ecademy. I design Resiliency through Sustainability solutions. I am a Master Trainer for the Solar Technician Training (STT) program. I’m committed to delivering curriculum and solar industry credential for STT participants at HLSCC.
I believe the purpose of the Ecademy’s Solar Technician Training Program is to support individual in utilizing their gifts to realize greatness in the solar industry.
